아미타불은 범부가 여래가 되는 진언(만트라) 입니다.

As one lamp can dispel a thousand years of darkness, So one thought of wisdom can end ten thousand years of ignorance. <The Platform Sutra>

한 등불이 능히 천년의 어둠을 없애듯이, 한 생각의 지혜가 능히 만년의 어리석음을 없앨 수 있다. <육조단경>

“Even false words are true if they lead to liberation; even true words are false if they become the object of attachment."

“그릇된 말이라도 해탈로 이끌면 참되고, 참된 말이라도 집착의 대상이 되면 그릇된다.”

“The name of Amitabul(Amita Buddha) is the inherently enlightened true nature of sentient beings, and reciting the name of Amitabul reveals this enlightenment."

“아미타불의 명호는 중생에게 본래 있는 깨달은 진성(眞性)이고, 그 명호를 부르면 이 깨달음이 드러난다.”

Zen practice is an incessant denial process.

선수행은 끊임없는 부정否定의 과정이다

Practicing meditation is a strife to be aware

수행이란 깨어있기 위한 투쟁이다.
